Set aside the orders passed by the Ld. District Judge and Presiding Officer, Labour Court at Mysuru in IID No.29/2022 dated 26.09.2022, whereby the application under Section 10(4-A) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 was allowed, the oral refusal of work dated 15.01.2020 was set aside, and reinstatement was ordered.
