WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quash the proceedings of the 192nd Syndicate (Special) meeting dated 28.11.2024 in No. RGU/BS/RRCA/UT/HQMEET23/192/SYN/2024 subject No.192/1(1) in respect of the petitioner college vide Annexure-'P'. b) Further be pleased to quash the communication/order dated 04.02.2025 in RGUAI(A)/MBS(N)/SES/7/2023-24 by the respondent No.3 vide Annexure-'F1'. c) Further be pleased to grant any other relief or reliefs that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity.
To quash the penalty and communication/order of the University, and to secure permission for students to appear in scheduled examinations.
Challenge to the imposition of penalty and threatened examination block by RGUHS for delayed/unauthorised admissions in B.Sc. Nursing course for 2023-24.
