Set aside the orders passed by the Ld. District Judge and Presiding Officer, Labour Court at Mysuru in IID No. 30/2022, dated 26.09.2022, whereby the Ld. Trial Judge has partly allowed the claim filed by the Respondent herein under section 10(4-A) of I.D.
