For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit the appellant above named most respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit him to challenge the impugned Judgment of acquittal dated 09.10.2024 in S.C. No.12/2022, passed by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kolar (Sitting at K.G.F.), by permitting the Appellant to seek special leave to file the accompanying appeal and dispose of the same in accordance with law on the merits, in the interest of justice and equity.
To seek reversal of the trial court’s judgment of acquittal and conviction of the accused/respondents under Sections 201 and 302 IPC.
