WHEREFORE, the Petitioner prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to appoint: a. a retired Judge of District and Sessions Court as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties herein, as per Sub-Clause 11.1 of Clause 11 in the Service Agreement dated: 10.06.2022 vide Annexure-A of this Petition, in the interest of justice and equity. b. Pass such other order/s as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
To secure judicial appointment of a sole arbitrator pursuant to the arbitration clause in the Service Agreement dated 10.06.2022, following the respondents’ failure to concur in the appointment and to recover unpaid contractual dues.
