PRAYER:- 22. Wherefore, the Petitioners respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to : a) Issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 4 to initiate action against the 3rd Respondent for violating rules and regulations framed by the 1st Respondent and in violation of Karnataka Education Act. b) For a direction directing the Respondents 1 and 4 to initiate enquiry against the 3rd Respondent if found guilty to withdraw the recognition granted. c) For a direction directing the Respondents 1, 2, 4 & 5 to initiate enquiry in respect of all the colleges affiliated to Respondents 1 and 2 to find out the irregularities in admitting the students for the courses and to watch and ward the nature of examinations conducted by the respective colleges through their agency. d) Issue mandamus against Respondents 1, 2 and 4 on their failure to take action against 3rd Respondent and others. e) Grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems it fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of this Case. It would be in the interest of justice to do so.
To seek a writ of mandamus for enforcement of AICTE guidelines and the Karnataka Education Act, 1983, and to redress alleged misconduct by the 3rd Respondent in admissions and examinations.
