Wherefore the appellant above named most humbly pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to set aside the order dated 9/6/2017 in S.C. No. 96/2013 to the extent of acquitting the respondent No. 2 to 4 (accused No. 1 to 3) for the offence punishable under Section 307 R/w 34 of IPC and convict respondent No. 2 to 4 for the offence punishable Under Section 307 R/w 34 of IPC in the interest of justice.
To set aside the partial acquittal of accused for the offence under Section 307 IPC and secure their conviction for attempt to murder, based on the severity of injuries and medical evidence.
Criminal appeal by victim under Section 372 CrPC challenging acquittal of accused under Section 307 IPC (attempt to murder) and seeking their conviction for the said offence.
