WHEREFORE, the petitioner respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to: (a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.1 to call for the entire records pertaining to the Sringena Arghara Market Yard from 29.6.2022 till this date and hold an enquiry with regard to the allotments made by the market committee i.e. Secretary, administrators appointed under Section 42 of the APMC Act, since serious cause of violation of the orders not only passed by this Hon’ble Court but also not implementing and disobeying the orders of this Hon’ble Court; (b) Issue a writ in the nature of Prohibition, prohibiting the Respondents not to pass any resolutions in respect of the allotments pursuant to the paper publication dated 2.3.2024, prohibiting the approval of the Director under Section 9(2) of the APMC Act till the elections are held in pursuance to the directions issued in W.P. No.27635/2023 and the Chairman is elected; And (c) Issue any other order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts & circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.

To obtain a writ of mandamus and prohibition against unauthorized appointments and allotments in the market yard, ensure adherence to the APMC Act and prior High Court/Supreme Court directives, and restore elected governance.

Challenge to the legality of extended administrator appointments and administrative actions in the Singena Agrahara APMC Market Committee, including shop/godown allotments and license cancellations, in alleged violation of statutory limits and prior court orders.
