WHEREFORE, the Appellant prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to allow this Appeal, by enhancing the permanent alimony to the minor child from Rs.15,00,000/- to Rs.30,00,000/- and also by awarding Rs.30,00,000/- towards permanent alimony to the Appellant, in modification of the Judgment and Decree dtd: 22.11.2017, in M.C.No.299/2015, on the file of Prl. Judge, Family Court, D.K. Mangaluru, in the interest of justice and equity.
