WHEREFORE, it is most humbly prayed by the Petitioner that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to: 1. Issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the endorsement issued by the Respondent No.02 vide No.RAAGAAVI/HO.KAA/Nursing/20231121031014/2024-25 Dt.23-10-2024 i.e., ANNEXURE-F. 2. To direct the Respondent No.2 to consider the representation filed Dt.04-12-2024 i.e., ANNEXURE-H and to consequently grant the Petitioner Fresh Affiliation for the Academic year 2024-25 to conduct the course of B.Sc. Nursing 3. To pass such other orders as this Hon’ble court deems fit and necessary considering the facts and circumstances of the case.
To quash the impugned endorsement and secure a direction for grant of fresh affiliation for the B.Sc. Nursing course for AY 2024-25.
Challenge to the rejection of fresh affiliation for B.Sc. Nursing course for AY 2024-25 by RGUHS, Bengaluru, on grounds of alleged non-compliance with affiliation requirements.
