WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to (i) Issue a writ in the nature of writ of certiorari by quashing the Impugned endorsement bearing No: KARNATA-KOVI-SIBBANDAHI-C-3:4032/24-25 dated 08/03/2025 issued by the second respondent vide Annexure G to this writ petition and (ii) Issue a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to refix the pay scale of the petitioner with effect from the date of completion of 180 days of service with all consequential benefits like increments, allowances, etc., including the revised pay scale affected from time to time as if the petitioner was in regular service for the purpose of fixation of his salary in terms of Industrial Truce Agreement and to pay the same to the petitioner or in the alternative (iii) pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.

To quash the impugned endorsement and secure re-fixation of pay scale, seniority, and consequential service benefits from the date of initial appointment.
