WHEREFORE, the Appellant prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for records on the and modify the Judgment and Award dated 05-02-2016, Before The Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal & V Additional Judge Court of Small Causes, Mayohall Unit, Bengaluru (SCC-20) in MVC No.6134/2013 and modify the award and grant just and reasonable compensation, in the interests of justice and equity.
