Wherefore, the appellant prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to set aside the judgment and award dated 09.10.2015 passed in MVC No.3686/2013 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, XX Additional Small Causes Judge at Bangalore, in the interest of justice and equity.
To challenge the Tribunal’s award on the grounds of lack of valid driving licence and excessive quantum, and to seek setting aside or modification of the award.
Appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, challenging the award of compensation in a fatal motor accident claim on grounds of licence validity and quantum.
